Job descriptionDevelop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.). Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize posts and campaigns. Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement in a timely and professional manner. Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI. Support email marketing, newsletters, and website content updates. Associate’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in social media management and / or marketing coordination. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools a plus.
