Position Summary :
The Social Media Coordinator will manage various social media profiles and execute marketing strategies. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites, and resource centers. The candidate will also provide comprehensive analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports. Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment, delivering multiple projects on schedule, within budget, and error-free.
Duties & Responsibilities
Grow social media presence and generate ideas for brand building
Promptly respond and interact with followers
Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns with the marketing team
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns for various goals (subscriber acquisition, streams, app installs, video views, etc.)
Bring innovative ideas to keep social media marketing modern, relevant, and engaging
Perform additional duties as assigned
Compensation : $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management
Strong project management and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and their effective deployment
Team player with leadership qualities
Good technical understanding and quick learner of new hardware / software
Experience in public relations, marketing, sales, or community management
Ability to manage social media advertising programs
Additional Skills (a plus) :
Video editing skills
Graphic design portfolio
Bilingual in Spanish
