Job Description

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain seamless workflows.
• Monitor safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
• Assist in resolving any on-site challenges or delays promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Ensure equipment and materials are available and used efficiently on-site.
• Support the Superintendent in managing budgets and resource allocation.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
