Poulsbo Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician!

As the Lead LVT, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our technical staff. You’ll be responsible for mentoring and supporting fellow technicians and assistants, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring seamless communication between our medical team and clients.

Leadership responsibilities include :

Delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.

Monitoring daily operations to maintain safety and uphold medical standards.

Providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help team members grow and succeed.

This position is ideal for technicians with high emotional intelligence, a talent for building positive team culture, and excellent communication and time management skills.

This is a full-time position, with a 4 / 10 hour schedule and availability needed Monday- Friday.

Full-time benefits and compensation

• Compensation : $33-36 per hour, for each hour worked
• Bonus package : $2000
• CE allowance : up to $1,000 annually based on tenure
