Duties & Responsibilities :

Summary

The Technician 2 is responsible for operating all equipment in a clean room environment to produce high quality interference filters on time at a reasonable cost. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, working knowledge of computers, and basic math skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably one that operates 24 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process
• Assist other departments as needed
• Train new employees as necessary
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient use of resources to meet production goals
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
• Follow standard procedures and work instructions
• Comply with safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area
