RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide executive administrative services, workflow coordination, and operational support to ensure the effective management of leadership priorities and mission objectives.
• Ensure centralized coordination of leadership priorities by overseeing workflow efficiency, tracking operational tasks, and acting as the primary POC for executive scheduling, engagements, and decision-making support.
• Support the coordination of high-level workflows, track operational tasking, and facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee workflow efficiency, manage executive schedules, and ensure that leadership engagements are properly aligned with mission objectives.
• Assist in the development of reports, briefings, and correspondence to ensure leadership has the necessary information for decision-making.
• Coordinate and oversee meeting logistics, prepare background materials, and track follow-up actions to maintain operational continuity.
• Support executive travel and operational requirements, ensuring that logistical and administrative needs are addressed in alignment with organizational priorities and policies.
• Act as a central POC for workflow management and operational coordination, supporting leadership's ability to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
• Facilitate the flow of information, monitor the progress of key operational tasks, and provide responsive support to ensure adaptability to shifting mission priorities.
