Operations Clerk 1st Shift
ProLogistix is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service / Shipping Clerks in Ontario!
Shift : Monday-Friday 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM
Pay : $20.50
Job Duties :
- Warehouse / Shipping Clerk experience
- Customer service
- Word / Excel a must
- Data entry
- Answer phone calls
- Copying and Filing documents (use a scanner / printer)
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Math
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

2+ years of administrative experience in a busy warehouse office environment.Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically.Able to switch tasks throughout the day, prioritize and manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.Achieves results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective way.
