Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of manufacturing equipment and systems in a food production environment. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
