Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Consultant. This role supports energy efficiency initiatives in partnership with the Colorado Energy Office, helping to deliver impactful programs that benefit local communities and promote sustainability. As a Program Consultant, you will be responsible for managing deliverables, timelines, content, and quality control, ensuring the smooth execution of utility-incentivized energy efficiency projects.

Successful candidates will reside in Denver, Colorado.

• Manage deliverables, timelines, content, and quality control across all program activities
• Provide critical support for deliverables, including trade ally training materials, enrollment manuals, and QAQC plans
• Coordinate and develop program materials for trade allies, including outreach and enrollment support
• Work cross-program and cross-functional teams, including operations, to meet client expectations and timelines
• Support client communications, including weekly reports and data gathering
• Track and report program projects and status in an effective, accurate, and timely manner
• Support budget management and financial tracking as needed
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned to support program success

Compensation Range $65,800.00 - $98,700.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
