Job descriptionDevelop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies Increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction Manage and expand key customer accounts Provide technical product support and identify new project opportunities Work with engineering teams to support new product development Deliver accurate forecasting and support sales operations Travel frequently across North America, with occasional international travel 3+ years in industrial or technical sales (force measurement preferred) Experience with load cells, sensors, strain gauge or similar technologies. Business Development Director Compensation :
- Base salary : 125k-175k + strong commission plan
- OTE : 200k+ in year one
