The Sales Director for the USAFCustomer Business Team (CBT) manages all aspects pipeline development for USAFteam in conjunction with the existing Customer Business Managers (CBM).
Thisrole has responsibility for achieving aggressive annual sales, profit, andgrowth goals by selling Honeywell products, services, and capabilities.
Youwill be responsible for managing a distinct set of strategic customers, longterm exclusive agreements, setting short- and long-term growth strategies andidentifying and qualifying new potential customers for the vast portfolio ofHoneywell Aerospace product.
Workingwith a large number of customers, you will develop product roadmaps and serviceenhancements to improve customer satisfaction, margin, and sales performance.
You will own and direct all relational aspectsof USAF CBT goals of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for orders and margin alongwith coordinating with all functions of the Honeywell value chain.
You will establish and maintain a relationship with the customer base andsupport the Honeywell CBMs in execution of yearly targets.
You will engage with customers, translatecustomer requirements into Honeywell specifications, develop customer roadmapsand develop future pipelines for assigned customers.
Key requirements :
- Communicateswith multiple Prime and Government customers and their leadership on a regularbasis to define and influence business requirements
- Understandsthe competitive environment and identifies and recommends potential channelpartners to facilitate growth
- Driverevenue through working tactically and strategically within Honeywell with ourIntegrated Supply Chain, Product Lines, Business Development and L&C.
- Implements& sustains technical support self-service solutions, and order managementdigital solutions for improved efficiency
- Drives customerdigital adoption and conducts channel partner user forums for incorporationinto Honeywell digital roadmap (MyAerospace, Direct Access)
- Deliversbusiness financial results; Orders and margin
- SupportsStrategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development andattainment.
- Identifiesand implements productivity and process improvements to continuously improvebusiness performance and profitability

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors’ Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience insales, business development or business management
- Prior USAF experience
- Prior proposal leadershipexperience
