Acquire Wealth Collective, a dynamic and growth-oriented financial services firm, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team.

This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional financial solutions to our clients. Our Sales Associates are not just salespeople;

they are ambassadors of trust and success, playing a crucial role in shaping our clients' financial futures. They embody professionalism, are adept communicators, and have a keen ability to build meaningful relationships.

We start our sales associates at a base salary, then increase compensation to include commissions as they excel and grow within our family of brands including tax consulting, business to business relations, marketing, life insurance, and other financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Initiate and nurture both outbound and inbound sales conversations.
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process with expertise and empathy.
• Maintain a robust and detailed sales pipeline within our CRM system.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients, ensuring persistent and consistent communication.
• Document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
• Gain a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
• Participate in training sessions and collaborative meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Report emerging client feedback trends to the management team for continuous improvement.

RESULTS :

• Efficient management and progression of prospects within the sales pipeline.
• Consistent attainment of set sales targets and KPIs.
• Proactive follow-up with clients, leading to sustained engagement and relationship building.
• Timely and accurate documentation within the CRM system.
• Active participation in professional development and team-building activities.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive and clear client interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new sales techniques and product details.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with tax planning is a plus
• Experience in the medical or dental field is a double plus
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work a fulltime, onsite position in South Jordan
