Must-Have :

• Level II Trauma experience
• Willingness to float between units
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year

Description :

The Intensive Care Unit is seeking a registered nurse with intensive care experience.

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Certification in ACLS and BLS is required.

The unit specializes in the care of cardiac, neuro, med-surg, and trauma patients.

Registered nurses on this unit will work a patient ratio that is manageable.

The daily census is approximately 20 patients.

Additional support is available from interdisciplinary teams including IV therapy, physical therapy, and respiratory services.

The facility is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a Level II Trauma setting.

Successful candidates should have experience with Epic charting.

Applicants must submit references from previous supervisory roles.

Housing options in the area should be explored as availability may be limited.
