Shift : Days / Nights (7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM / 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM) with every other weekend

Working hours / week : 36

Pay Range (Local) : $35 - $40 / hr. on W2

Pay (Travelers) : Hourly : $47.78

Weekly Gross : $1,720.15 (all-inclusive)

Weekly Per Diem : $712.15

W2 Rate : $28 / hr

Job Description :

The Telemetry LPN / LVN provides care to critically ill patients requiring continuous cardiac and vital-sign monitoring. Responsibilities include bedside and remote telemetry monitoring, medication administration, dysrhythmia recognition, hemodynamic assessment, ventilator and oxygen-support monitoring, renal therapy support, and pre / post-procedure patient observation. The nurse must recognize early signs of cardiopulmonary emergencies and initiate stabilizing interventions.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, collaboration, patient / family education, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition.

Required Competencies :

• Dysrhythmia interpretation & telemetry monitoring
• Basic / advanced life support skills
• Hemodynamic monitoring & ABG interpretation
• Ventilator and non-invasive oxygen support assessment
• Medication dosage calculation & continuous infusion management
