Otterbein is seeking a PRN Hospice LPN , to assist with on call needs, continuous care and routine visits to our patients. Otterbein Hospice compliments already strong independent senior services, outpatient capabilities and clinical facilities at Otterbein, by adding to the continuum of care.

Shift : PRN
Responsibilities
- We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Hospice LPN.
- This role is responsible for providing assistance in caring for our Hospice patients.
- You will provide bedside care to patients, support families and caregivers and work closely with the RN Case Manager.
- Otterbein Hospice complies with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, and Ohio Department of Health regulatory requirements.
- Education : Graduate of approved nursing program
- Licensure / Certification : Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
- Experience : A minimum of 2 - 4 years' direct patient care experience in hospice or home care
- Since this is a community based ministry, all LPN's are required to be licensed drivers with automobiles in good working condition and have automobile insurance in accordance with Ohio laws.
