Compensation :

$30.00 - $45.00 / hour

Shift :

Day shift Monday to Friday with ample overtime occasional on-call.

MasterTech is on the search for entry-level Industrial Technicians based out of Chicago IL requiring extensive travel to customer locations.

Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational.

Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance diagnostics and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.

Key Qualifications :

Experience in industrial manufacturing and / or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.

Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.

Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems.

Excellent customer service skills and communication.

Previous experience using oscilloscopes drills taps etc.

Soldering experience a plus.

Exceptional problem solving troubleshooting diagnosis and documentation.
