We’re looking for a Hybrid - Program Manager for our client. If you have 8-10 years of experience and you have hardware, SKU design and Supply Chain, then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end commodity qualification process and ensure timely progress.
• Plan and track qualification testing (hardware, SKU design, lab capacity).
• Coordinate with stakeholders and labs for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline pre-qualification and downstream processes.
• Drive automation and process improvements for efficiency and growth.
• Lead weekly status meetings and report progress.
• Work with NPI and spares teams for next-gen and non-production requirements.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards using tools like Power BI, ADO, OnePDM.
• Reduce cycle time through analytics and system improvements.

What You Bring

Education : BS / BA in Electrical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Economics.

Experience : 3–5 years in program management, qualification testing, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.

Hard Skills :

Tools & Analytics : Power BI, ADO, OnePDM.

Soft Skills : Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.

💵 Pay : $55- $57 / hr
