Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Concierge position is responsible for content creation, daily engagement, and responding to guest reviews, comments, and messages across multiple social media platforms.
This position allows the associate to creatively apply their social media insight to ensure that Rosen Hotels & Resorts social media presence is positive and that the guest satisfaction is achieved.
Job Requirements :
Minimum requirements include, but are not limited to,
Contributes to building a team that is creative, optimistic, and develops fresh ideas.Demonstrates innovation and creativity through all work.
Stays up-to-date on social media trends, to better develop creative and innovative content strategies. Platforms include, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Familiar with editing programs and tools. Programs include, but not limited to Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
Sitting for long periods of time, talking, lifting, and bending.Education / Experience : Two to four years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public. Proficient computer and technology skills.
