Job Description
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executives and internal / external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Assist with special projects, including research, analysis, and coordination of initiatives.
- Provide support for board meetings, investor relations, and other high-level engagements.
- Maintain organized filing systems and document management for efficient retrieval.

The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to thrive in a tough, fast-paced environment with high demands and changing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed to support executives.
- Willingness to adapt to a demanding and ever-changing work environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently without compromising accuracy.
