Job descriptionStrong expertise in data analysis, accounting, and reporting. Experience with Restaurant Management Systems (e.g., Restaurant365). Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI tools. Knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. Ability to generate clear, data-driven reports and strategic insights. Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Tools : Microsoft Office Suite, Restaurant 365 (Accounting System), AI tools, Sage Preferred Schedule : 40 hours per week / TBD This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers, extracting valuable insights, and shaping business decisions.
Data & Accounting Analyst
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Data & Accounting Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, accounting, and business intelligence to support our marketing and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying insights that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial and marketing data to support business growth.
- Extract and interpret key data from business intelligence databases.
- Create detailed reports to track performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Utilize business analytics tools to assess company performance.
- Work with accounting data to ensure accuracy and financial alignment.
- Communicate findings proactively to influence company strategy.
