- The Developer/Programmer – Mid Level will maintain, support, and enhance existing web applications while contributing to platform modernization initiatives.
- This role owns full-stack development responsibilities, collaborates with architecture and security teams, and ensures applications align with enterprise standards and governance.
- The developer will improve CI/CD practices, support cloud adoption, and produce high-quality technical documentation in a hybrid work environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Laravel including application architecture, queues, jobs, migrations, and security.
- Proficiency with Node.js and at least one modern frontend framework.
- Proven full-stack development experience in production environments.
- Experience with containerized applications and container platforms.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with strong preference for Azure experience.
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining and enhancing enterprise web applications.
- Experience troubleshooting issues across application, container, and cloud infrastructure layers.
- Experience participating in solution roadmap planning and future-state architecture discussions.
- Maintain, support, and enhance existing Laravel-based web applications and interfaces.
- Develop and maintain frontend components using Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Own full-stack integration including APIs, authentication, data access, and application security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, container, and cloud infrastructure layers.
- Participate in solution roadmap planning and future-state architecture discussions.
- Coordinate planning and technical decisions with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure application changes comply with enterprise standards, architectural principles, and governance requirements.
- Contribute to platform modernization initiatives including migration to public cloud environments.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment reliability, and operational practices.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and architectural decision records.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience migrating applications between cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with platform-as-a-service offerings.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Prior experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Laravel and PHP development.
- Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Full-stack application development.
- Containerization and cloud platforms.
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Technical documentation and architectural collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
