YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

This customer care position typically works at our HVAC office from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday and ½ day Saturdays at some of our locations .

As a Customer Service Associate, you help keep our customers happy and our office functioning optimally. Every day brings something different as you perform a variety of essential administrative and customer care tasks.

Always polite and professional, you promptly respond to emails and phone calls from clients as well as speak with customers in person.

You answer any questions they may have and promote our company as being the answer to their HVAC product needs.

When appropriate, you also help stage and fulfill client orders. You keep a close eye on our inventory, helping stock shop shelves and maintaining accurate material counts.

If we start to run low on anything, you promptly fill parts requests. You take pride in keeping our customers satisfied and our company running smoothly!

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

  • Office administration experience
  • Experience communicating with customers and addressing their needs
  • Proficiency with computers
  • High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC industry or customer service experience would be preferred. Experience coordinating inventory and fulfilling orders would be a plus.
