Set-up Technician (Full-time) - Day Shift at Nestlé Health Science

Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Set-Up Technician, you'll help keep our production equipment running smoothly by assembling, disassembling, and maintaining machines for each job. You'll support line setup, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with operators and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient production. Your mechanical know-how and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — with care and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain production equipment
• Set up and operate manufacturing and packaging machines
• Make adjustments and minor repairs to support productivity
• Troubleshoot setup issues and minimize downtime
• Monitor and optimize lines during production runs
• Match labels with batch records and verify accuracy
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts
• Assist operators and maintenance technicians as needed
• Create or update machine centerline procedures
• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.65-$21.27. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
