Primary Care Physician
Lakeland, FL
We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible PrimaryCare Physician to join our practice. We are one of the largest providers inFlorida and rapidly expanding.
Our ideal Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy willhold a current unrestricted Florida medical license.
Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, as well as two Saturdays a month
Benefits and Compensation for Primary Care Physician
- Competitive compensation plusmonthly bonus
- Malpractice insurance will be paid by Employer
- Eligibility for enrollment into company's health and benefit plans, which include : health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level)
- Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid)
- Eligibility to participate in 401(k) plan with company matching
- CME annual allowance of $500.00
- Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA
- 136 hours of Paid Time Off
- One week of paid time off for CME
- Ten paid holidays
Requirements for Primary Care Physician
- Physician Active Florida MedicalLicense
- Doctor of Medicine of Osteopathywith a degree from an accredited college
- Board Certification or BoardEligible required
Responsibilities for Primary Care Physician
- Working Monday Friday from 8am 5pm
- Collect, record, and maintainpatient information, such as medical history, reports, and examinationresults.
- Analyze records, reports, testresults, or examination information to diagnose medical condition ofpatients.
- Make diagnoses when differentillnesses occur together or in situations where the diagnosis maybeobscure.
- Explain procedures and discusstest results or prescribed treatments with patients.
- Prescribe or administermedication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat orprevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Monitor patients' conditions andprogress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.
