Program Coordinator
As a Program Coordinator for the Carson College of Business Amplifier Program, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic, student-centered initiative that prepares future business leaders for success.
In this role, you'll manage system-wide logistics, working closely with campus representatives to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. You'll manage and maintain accurate data within the Suitable platform, monitor student progress, and generate reports that help drive informed decisions. Your attention to detail will be key as you assist with audits to ensure students meet critical admission and graduation requirements.
You'll also play a vital role in employer engagement, providing logistical support for recruitment events, scheduling activities, coordinating resources, and advising employers on effective strategies to connect with students. Your ability to manage volunteers and collaborate with internal stakeholders will help create seamless, impactful experiences for both students and employers.

This is a full time (100 % FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary : $3,665 to $4,882 | Range 41 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
