Job Description

• Responsible for the operations management of groups of construction professionals
• Will be responsible for building and expanding the department
• Will oversee all estimating, project management, virtual design and coordination
• Responsible for scheduling, budgets, timing and delivery of large scale projects
• Will run the department and be client facing with general contractors, subcontractors, owners and people on the Federal, State and City level

Key Requirements

• Must have mechanical contracting- commercial HVAC / plumbing experience
• Previous experience managing a commercial HVAC department
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Engineering is preferred but will take experience in lieu of degree
