- Responsible for inputting (shop's tech's) time daily. Including Raleigh, Wilmington, and Greenville.
- Managing (WIP) "work in progress" for all customer work orders as well as Sales-Used Equipment.
- Issue all P.O 's for the shop.
- Ensure all parts are on the work orders and returned if not needed.
- Input all pictures and make sure that the inspections are being input and looked at in blue book.
- Create quotes and provide to the customers and PSR when assigned.
- Answer phones, communicate with the two team leads and Mary Jo to complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Develop relationship with the warranty admin. Ensure that the pictures, notes, old / new part numbers are supplied for warranty to be streamlined as possible.
- Monitor oil samples on Fluid Life web site.
- Attend weekly WIP meetings to discuss all aspects of the work load and any issues that arise that would in any way slow the process.
