Shipping / Receiving Clerk

Join our dynamic team as a Shipping / Receiving Clerk where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality over quantity, especially as you will be dealing with FDA-regulated products.

Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
• Ensure the accurate delivery of items to their intended destinations.
• Coordinate with drivers and assign dock doors.
• Pay close attention to detail and ensure compliance with GMP / SOPs.
• Identify and correct mistakes promptly to maintain high-quality standards.

Work Environment :

Work in a large, semi-climate controlled, state-of-the-art warehouse spanning 500,000 square feet with 40 employees. Experience air-conditioned comfort during the summer, though note that the facility is not heated in winter to maintain product quality. This distribution hub supports chocolate manufacturing by handling the roasting of beans and the production of chocolate liquor, powders, and cocoa butter. Shifts are from 7am to 7pm, with flexible workdays across the week.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
