Galicia Fine Jewelers is seeking passionate and polished Sales Associates (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our growing team! The Fine Jewelry Sales Professional at Galicia Fine Jewelers is responsible for providing a personalized and luxurious client experience in their Scottsdale boutique. The role is centered around driving sales through expert guidance, product knowledge, and developing long-term client relationships , with a strong emphasis on both in-store collections and custom design consultations .

Responsibilities

Client Experience : Deliver an exceptional client experience by offering personalized service and expert guidance. This includes assisting clients with collections and custom design.

Product Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and the craftsmanship process.

Relationship Building : Foster long-term relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.

Operations & Sales : Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintain showroom standards, and collaborate to meet sales goals.

Industry Awareness : Stay current on industry trends and client preferences.

Qualifications

Experience : 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail is required, with fine jewelry preferred .

Soft Skills : Requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills .

Professionalism : A polished and professional demeanor consistent with a luxury environment.

Attributes : Must be detail-oriented , passionate about client service, self-motivated, goal-driven , and a collaborative team player.

Availability : Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail seasons .
