Product Engineer (Full Stack) - React / Rails or Python

Requirements

Must have

• I have a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and deploying production software, both frontend and backend.
• I possess strong proficiency in React, along with experience in Ruby on Rails or Python.
• I have a keen sense of product and a genuine enthusiasm for UI / UX refinement.
• I can approach challenges from the customer's viewpoint and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• I am comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, without the need for micromanagement.
• I am persistent, resourceful, and determined to achieve results.
• I have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating across various teams.
• Familiarity with AWS and Terraform is an advantage.

Our platform aids businesses in automating data intake and service delivery, and due to skyrocketing demand, we are in the process of hiring multiple full stack engineers across all experience levels to create refined, end-to-end user experiences. The interview process typically takes about 14 days from the initial conversation to the offer stage, though we often expedite it based on candidate availability.
