Must have
- I have a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and deploying production software, both frontend and backend.
- I possess strong proficiency in React, along with experience in Ruby on Rails or Python.
- I have a keen sense of product and a genuine enthusiasm for UI / UX refinement.
- I can approach challenges from the customer's viewpoint and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- I am comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, without the need for micromanagement.
- I am persistent, resourceful, and determined to achieve results.
- I have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating across various teams.
- Familiarity with AWS and Terraform is an advantage.
