Job descriptionMust be familiar with OSHA, DEI policies and Federal / State / Local Business laws and regulations Familiarity with benefits packages (including 401K) Ability to deal with potential litigation Must be experienced with onboarding & exit interviews Experience with ADP, PayCom or similar Payroll software Ability to focus on- retention and turnover rate reduction Workforce planning At least 5+ years of experience as an HR Director in the full service restaurant industry HR Experience overseeing New Restaurant Openings Proven experience / knowledge of all Florida local, state, and federal labor law guidelines HR Experience working for a Restaurant Group with at least 7 units Excellent verbal and written communication skills HR Experience at full service restaurants with full liquor bars Must have valid drivers license and willingness to travel in South Florida
