Executive Director-Inpatient Care Mgmt

Plans, directs, and evaluates inpatient care management services including prior authorization processes. Provides leadership in support of clinical standards impacting quality, safety, patient outcomes and Medicare profitability including population health initiatives. Serves as a content expert in care management operations, strategies, outcome measurement, collaborative approaches to effect management of care and post-acute care. Promotes innovation and ongoing professional development. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details :

• Experience : Minimum five years of diverse health care experience.
• Required Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing required (Master’s degree in Nursing or related health field preferred).
• License : Unrestricted license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of employment
