A company is looking for an HR Operations Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR Operations projects supporting merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, transition planning, and integration execution
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies for HR initiatives
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure compliance, data integrity, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on HR-related projects
Strong understanding of HR functions, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations
Experience working within a matrixed, global organization is a plus
HSD / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record managing large, complex, and confidential initiatives in a corporate environment, or demonstrated experience leading HR workstreams in M&A projects
