We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Roadway Design Engineer to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Job Description

As a Roadway Design Engineer at Parsons, you will perform various engineering and design assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering program. This role is open to engineers with 3 years or more experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform geometric design for road and highway projects for GDOT and other regional projects
• Perform work using MicroStation OpenRoads Designer software
• Prepare or assist in preparing fundamental engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, and designs.
• Under the guidance of a more senior engineer, assist in the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
• Provide input to CAD Designer / Drafters working on the same project.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Salary Range : $62,300.00 - $109,000.00
