Job Summary :

Theoris Services is working to find a Customer Support specialist to join our client's dynamic healthcare technology team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for solution-specific inquiries and play a critical role in the coordination and support of startup activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and experience supporting internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the first point of contact for solution-specific inquiries using product documentation and web resources.
• Coordinate and track solution startup activities, including handling customer inquiries, training users, generating status reports, and managing cloud-based case systems.
• Educate healthcare professionals and patients about available solutions, assisting with web portal navigation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
• Manage new customer registrations and maintain existing customer portal accounts.
• Provide technical support and web / mobile navigation assistance to users.
• Collaborate directly with internal production teams, development engineers, and marketing managers.
• Act as liaison between customers and the development team, ensuring solution specifications are accurate and properly formatted.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking for each customer account.
