Your Role : As a Front of House Team Member, you will :

• Be the face of Kneaders Bakery & Cafe, greeting guests with a warm smile and guiding them through our unique menu selections.
• Use your active listening skills to understand guest preferences and confidently suggest meal and gift items to both first-time visitors and loyal regulars.
• Move swiftly to serve guests, learn from every experience, and proactively support your fellow team members across departments.

Who You Are : The ideal candidate for the Front of House Team Member role will exhibit :

• A proactive and positive approach to customer service, with the ability to engage guests and enhance their dining experience.
• The capacity to work efficiently under pressure, quickly adapting to the ebb and flow of customer traffic.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within our dynamic team.

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of customer service or serving experience is preferred, but not required.
• A commitment to adhering to local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with availability to work shifts that may start as early as 7 am and end as late as 10 pm, Monday through Saturday.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to qualify for this position.
