Position Overview

Boeing Defense and Space Systems is recruiting for a Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer (Mid-Level or Lead) to join the team in Hill AFB, UT or Layton, UT . This role supports sustainment in GN&C, performance analysis, simulation, Nuclear Hardness and Survivability, and inertial instruments, with visibility into GN&C and simulation methods across Boeing.

Position Responsibilities

• Gather system level requirements for Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C), sustainment requirements definition
• Perform and document analysis of GN&C systems, simulations, models and tools
• Support reviews, analyses, simulations and component / system testing to meet customer requirements
• Support testing and troubleshooting of sustainment related products and incidents
• Participate in Minuteman III Guidance efforts to sustain or surpass End of Life (EOL)
• Work independently or under general direction
