Guidance Navigation and Control (GN&C) system design, development, integration, and test. Flight Engineering is looking for a motivated and talented engineer to join the team in this exciting business area for the Minuteman III Sustainment program.

The candidate supports Sustainment in a wide range of existing and new areas of GN&C, performance analysis, simulation solutions, Nuclear Hardness and Survivability, and inertial instruments. The selected candidate will have visibility into G&C and simulation methods across the enterprise.

Position Responsibilities :

• Gather system level requirements for Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C), sustainment requirements definition
• Perform & document analysis of Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) systems, simulations, models & tools
• Support reviews, analyses, simulations, and component / system testing to ensure delivery of products that meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations
• Support testing and troubleshooting of sustainment related products / service anomalies and incidents
• Participate in Minuteman III Guidance efforts to ensure End of Life (EOL) can be sustained or surpassed
