Data Center Technician

• Data Center Operations Technician
• to join our team and help maintain the reliability, performance, and security of our data center environments.
• What You'll Do :
• Ensure availability and reliability of data center services
• Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and implement solutions
• Assemble, install, and maintain server and networking equipment
• Develop scripts to automate updates and maintenance tasks
• Maintain inventory and documentation
• Train internal teams and provide technical support
• Occasionally travel to other data centers as needed
• What You Bring :
• Experience with computer hardware (troubleshooting, assembling)
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations (with reasonable accommodations)
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 environment, including on-call and after-hours support

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $45.00 / hr.
