Job descriptionCompetitive Compensation : $90,000 –$120,000 / year + annual performance bonuses Tools for Success : Company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and phone provided Comprehensive Benefits : Health Savings Account (HSA) Life insurance & critical illness coverage Short- and long-term disability Retirement Security : 401(k) with company match Work-Life Balance : Generous paid time off and holidays Career Growth : Leadership development and promotion opportunities in a growing company Relocation Support : Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Manage full-cycle delivery of $5M+ commercial roofing and restoration projects Oversee safety, schedule, cost control, and subcontractor performance Lead operations across multi-level and occupied facilitiesincluding hospitals, schools, and government buildings Collaborate with clients, vendors, superintendents, and internal teams to ensure project success Conduct risk assessments, resolve issues on the fly, and implement solutions Analyze post-project performance and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings 5+ yearsmanaging commercial roofing or building envelope projects valued at $1M+ Strong technical knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing solutions Familiarity with Procore, Edge Estimating, and Microsoft Office Proven ability to manage projects in occupied facilitieswith minimal disruption OSHA 30 / 500 certificationrequired ; EM 385 or LEED certifications a plus High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Highly self-sufficientand capable of managing with minimal guidance Initiative-drivenwith a sharp eye for anticipating issues and solving them proactively Strong communicatorwho can keep stakeholders aligned and informed Decisive and adaptable—you make sound decisions without constant input Comfortable in unstructured environmentsand energized by fast-paced growth
