Licensed Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel - Sales Support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide commercial contracting support for enterprise sales teams

Draft, review, analyze, and interpret complex outbound technology licensing agreements

Collaborate with legal, commercial, and sales teams to facilitate contract negotiations and address risks

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating enterprise sales deals

Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Licensed member of the bar in a US jurisdiction

Experience working within an in-house legal department

Ability to manage multiple engagements with various clients
