We are currently looking for someone familiar with the area to join us as an Outside Sales Professional who is comfortable with estimating as well. This person must be a results-driven individual with a track record of client relationship management. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to multi-task during the day while being extremely detail oriented. The main goals of our Sales Professionals are to drive sales, increase market share and enhance our relationships with our clients with positive sales and margin results that meet or exceed our sales goals. We truly believe in honesty and family first as we have built our name on our relationships with our clients and longstanding commitment to do what we say we are going to do. The ideal candidate will be able to represent those values in every interaction they have with our clients.

Essential Responsibilities

• Be able to measure, estimate and bid jobs for customers.
• Understand and follow established procedures for placing customer orders, servicing customers, adhering to pricing guidelines and recommend changes, when warranted, to achieve overall company goals.
• Demonstrate ability to remain resolute and resilient under stress.
• Execute our service model and overall game plan to maximize the presence of our products in the St. Louis / Metro East Area
• Work alongside the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets to achieve maximum sales in assigned territories.
• Address customer problems promptly and, when appropriate, forward to the appropriate person to resolve the issue.
• Be detail oriented (this is a must).
• Provide and report market information / research on pricing and / or customer needs / special requests.
• Aim to represent the company strongly in front of potential customers.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday - 10 : 00 am till 8 : 00 pm - Friday and Saturday half days

Work Location

On The Road (No Overnight Travel)

St. Louis Metro / Metro East Area / St Charles
