We are looking for candidates for all three shifts to work in factories throughout Walworth County. Pay ranges start at $16 / hour for entry level, up to $21.
77 for the more physical experienced operators.
Clients include plastic injection mold operations, medical devices wire springs manufacturers (extremely clean and bright environment) , rubber extrusion and Swiss screw parts manufacturers.
In these positions you may be asked to :
- Observe machine operation and verify conformance of work piece to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges.
- Operate simple and complex lathes, grinders, plastic injection molds, punch and drill presses.
- In addition, you may have to inspect wash, trim, deburr, weigh, label, bag and box parts.
- You will occasionally have to lift 25 50 pounds (depending on the position)
- Stand for extended periods of time (8 12-hour shifts)
- Read and understand written instructions and sometimes blueprints.
- Use precision measuring instruments and do basic math.
The majority are Monday Friday, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, but we even have a 24 / 7 shift with hours 6 am 6 pm and 6 pm 6 am, 3 days on / 4 off / 4 on / 3 off (work every other weekend)
