What we're seeking :

We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our Small Business Sales team. This role is focused on 100% new customer acquisition. As a consultative sales professional, you'll engage small business owners, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.

This is an in-person role based at our headquarters in Dallas, TX, offering a fast-paced, high-performance environment where your hustle directly translates into success.

What you'll do :

Our sales business comprises a network of business customers exceeding 400,000 strong serving more than 90% of the Fortune 500. As part of the team, we need you to think strategically so you will accomplish :

• Driving 100% new business acquisition by engaging small business owners through warm outbound leads – 100 daily calls
• Consultative selling, aligning Frontier's fiber solutions with the specific needs of SMB clients
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales objectives
• Selling value-added services alongside core products to maximize revenue per sale
• Partnering with pre- and post-sales teams to ensure customer success and long-term retention
• Becoming an expert on Frontier's full suite of solutions, including Fiber Optic Internet, Small Business Voice Solutions, WiFi, Internet Backup, Static IP, Security, and Premium Tech Support
