We are seeking a Personal Injury Plaintiff Lawyer to join a successful high volume Personal Injury practice in Manhattan. This person will handle cases from intake to trial representing injured workers.. the key responsibilities include investigating construction site actions determining liability, gathering evidence like safety records and witness statements and managing the full litigation process for claims involving New York labor law sections 200, 240, and 241. This role also requires drafting legal documents, communicating with clients and or litigating to achieve favorable outcomes.

The candidate will be a caseload of construction related personal injury claims from initial client contact through resolution, including filing complaints, conducting discovery, drafting motions and preparing for trial.

This candidate must have strong, legal research, analytical in writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to manage a case from start to finish, including discovery and depositions and be a team player.
