We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our Global Shared Services Team in Salt Lake City, UT. As the HR Administrator, you will provide support as needed on highly confidential human resources matters and special projects.
Responsibilities
Help to coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process inclusive of : I-9 Verification of Employment, Unemployment claims, tracking drug test results, and running background checks, FCE and the new hire overall process.
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to, preparing correspondence, offer letters, forms and reports and processing confidential reports and documents.
Manage sensitive and confidential information such as employee relations concerns, personal employee information and organizational changes.
Provides clerical support to the HR department such a makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
Files documents into appropriate files
Assist or coordinate third party recruitment efforts.
Conducts the new hire orientation.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and other celebrations.
Monitor and maintain security systems / badges and locker assignments.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of Human Resource Assistant experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) required
Positive attitude, team oriented, ability to actively listen and adapt.
Ability to identify the root cause for issues and using effective problem-solving methods to arrive at the best resolution.
Ability to exercise individual judgment while dealing with all situations.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.
