Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality improvement standards.\n\nThis position may require availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call work.\n\nEssential Functions\n

- Develop and update individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.\n
- Set realistic, measurable goals for patient outcomes and communicate these effectively.\n
- Respect and incorporate patients' cultural, spiritual, and personal beliefs into care planning.\n
- Plan for seamless patient discharge, ensuring continuity of care with the necessary referrals.\n
- Provide high-quality direct patient care while following established nursing protocols.\n
- Delegate appropriate nursing tasks to healthcare team members while ensuring quality and safety.\n
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the care provided, adjusting plans as necessary.\n

- Maintain professional licensure and commit to ongoing competency development through education and training.\n

- Education : Associate degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
- Experience : A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a registered nurse.\n\nCertifications : \n
