• Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with our guests
• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with fellow team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guests'
  expectations
• Providing friendly attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds loyalty

Interested individuals must be comfortable talking with people, approachable and have good sales skills. Wine knowledge a plus.
