Your role in our mission

• Coordinate with business users to translate business requirements into technical requirements for reporting purposes.
• Analyze, plan, and implement moderately complex operational process improvement needs.
• Identify process improvement needs and communicate issues to authorized personnel to ensure that client and company needs are met in a timely manner.
• Provide consultation on the use of moderately complex re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
• Develop moderately complex metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls.
• Serve as an information solution liaison in a specific business unit or organization for process improvement, business processes, and systems integration.
• Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.
• Work with management to align projects to strategy.
• Act as a re-engineering consultant to other transformation teams in methods, techniques, and tools to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience encompassing Business Process Reengineering, business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management
• 5+ years of experience with SQL / NoSQL
• Experience working with Health Care-related data preferred (claims)
• Familiarity with financial information, audit procedures, and reconciliation processes, and experience in handling financial data

• Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United State
• The team is looking for a Process Engineer with the technical background to implement automation-based process improvements.
• This posting is intended for pipelining. We will accept applications on an ongoing basis

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
