About the Role : Join Zipcar's HR team as an HR Co-op! This role is ideal for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. You'll contribute to real projects, collaborate with a mission-driven team, and grow professionally in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and coordinate the company's Co-op Program, including scheduling events, managing communications, and facilitating student engagement initiatives.
• Organize and execute Lunch and Learn sessions, performance discussions, and other employee development activities.
• Document HR processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement across HR functions.
• Support new hire onboarding, including orientation logistics, system setup, and first-day coordination.
• Assist with employee engagement programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and provide administrative support as needed.
• Analyze data to inform decisions or strategies.
• Present findings or contribution to team meetings.

Good-Faith Salary Range :

The hourly rate for this position is between $20-24 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
